FAQ
Delivery time
After we have confirmed receipt of your order and after full payment of the invoice amount, we need approximately 8 weeks for delivery.
Payment method
We only accept payment in advance. You will receive an invoice from us showing the VAT at 19%.
Delivery costs
For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are typically around €1500.00 including 19% VAT. We will determine the exact amount after receiving your delivery address. You will then find the calculated shipping costs in your personalized quote.
transport
We organize the loading, securing, and transport of the barn container directly to your farm. Our experienced freight forwarder specializes in container transport. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote.
Unloading at your location
You are responsible for organizing the unloading on site. Your local crane company will offer this service on an hourly basis, excluding travel costs. A joint site visit beforehand is recommended for you and the crane company. Experience shows that such services are typically charged at approximately €400-€800 including 19% VAT.
Surface / parking area
Our mobile horse stables do not require a permanent foundation and are therefore easily moved and relocatable. However, we recommend a level surface, such as is typically found in stable facilities.
power connection
The containers are equipped with external electrical outlets and light switches or light bulbs inside. An external distribution panel, including fuses, allows you to connect the container to your power supply.
Water connection
Water pipes are not pre-installed. These can be installed on-site by the customer, including insulation.
Rainwater drainage
The gutter is not included in the delivery but can be supplied for an additional charge if required. You will need to install it yourself after unloading (transport with the gutter already installed is unfortunately not possible). Please also consider how to drain or utilize the rainwater from the gutter when planning your project.
Weight of the containers
Here is a list of container tare weights:
Single 4x3m = 2000 kg
Double 8x3m = 3500 kg
Triple 10.5x3m = 4200 kg
leasing
In cooperation with our partner banks, we can offer you attractive leasing terms. The amount of the lease payment depends on the purchase price, the lease term, your creditworthiness, and the residual value of the container. At the end of the lease agreement, you can purchase the container at a favorable price for its residual value. The residual value will be communicated by the leasing bank before the start of the contract.
Rent-to-own
With a rent-to-own agreement, you decide in advance whether you want to purchase the container after the agreed term. The term and monthly payment are clearly defined beforehand, and the container becomes your property at the end of the term. Our partner bank will gladly calculate a personalized offer for you. Please send us your inquiry via the contact form, and we will take care of preparing your individual offer.
Permission to park?
The mobile horse container is a flexibly designed, container-based stable unit, intended for repeated assembly and disassembly as well as relocation to different sites, with a maximum height of less than 3 meters. It is not intended for public access; rather, the facility primarily serves operational purposes (e.g., horse keeping, stable management) and not for customer or public access. Mobility is ensured by crane transport and use on trailers/truck axles. The containers are not permanently anchored, allowing for repeated setup at different locations. Depending on the German state in which you live, you may need to apply for a permit to park the unit. Please consult your state's building regulations for further information.
canopy
If you have opted for a container with a fold-out canopy, you will need to carry out the following tasks on site: 1. Attach the two roof panels. 2. Unfold and secure the roof panels. 3. Attach the side panels.
Working time with two people is approximately 30 minutes.
Name, differences
Our products are referred to by various names, including container boxes, horse containers, container stables, modular stables, modular boxes, box modules, pasture shelters, prefabricated stables, mobile horse boxes, or horse stables, etc.
Why Douglas fir?
The walls of our storage containers are made of Douglas fir. Douglas fir is weatherproof, durable, and resistant to fungi and insects. It is strong, dimensionally stable, and well-suited for load-bearing structures both indoors and outdoors. The wood dries quickly, is easy to work with, and has a pleasing, warm, reddish hue.
Individual stable facilities
With our modular system, we can implement your individual requirements and expand your stable or riding facility cost-effectively at any time. Please do not hesitate to contact us; we would be happy to provide you with a customized offer.
